Immunization Schedule

In addition to the immunizations displayed on the Vaccine Schedule below, our office also offers the Flu Vaccine, Covid-19 Vaccine and RSV Injection. When receiving vaccines / injections in our office we always provide you with the VIS (Vaccine Information Sheet). However, we encourage you to review the VIS prior to your appointment.
